Drivers need an unobstructed path for emptying the carts.

Smaller carts are also available for those who have difficulty handling the large ones. (Customers who recycle will have one City trash cart and one Nisly recycling cart.) If you find that is not enough capacity for your household, an extra cart can be issued for an additional monthly fee. Households that do not have recycling service from Nisly Brothers may have up to two 90-gallon City trash carts. These carts are designed to work with our collection trucks. The roll-out carts used in the collection system are City property and assigned to your address.

If you do not need both carts, you can call the City Service Center at 31, and City staff will remove one cart. Those who choose not to recycle will be left with two City trash carts. Current recycling customers will get a letter from Nisly in the next few weeks asking whether they want to continue recycling with Nisly for an additional charge.
